1. About LibertyBridge

LibertyBridge provides credit-related education, consulting, qualification, and related support services.

LibertyBridge does not guarantee any particular credit-report deletion, credit-score increase, financing approval, mortgage approval, vehicle approval, business funding result, interest rate, or completion timeline.

Information provided by LibertyBridge is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice unless specifically provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting in that capacity.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Credit-related outcomes depend on many factors outside LibertyBridge's control.

LibertyBridge does not guarantee:

• Removal of any specific credit item
• A particular number of credit-score points
• Approval for any loan, lease, mortgage, vehicle, credit card, or business funding
• A particular interest rate or credit limit
• Completion within a specific time period
• Any specific result from a dispute or credit-related process

Scheduling a consultation does not mean that LibertyBridge has accepted you for services.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and truthful.

You must not ask LibertyBridge to:

• Submit false information
• Create false dispute reasons
• Make a false identity-theft claim
• Misrepresent your circumstances
• Use information belonging to another person without authorization

LibertyBridge may stop or escalate a matter if false information, unauthorized access, privacy concerns, or other compliance issues arise.

5. Sensitive Information and Security

Do not send highly sensitive information through ordinary website chat, standard SMS, or unsecured communication channels. This includes:

• Credit bureau login credentials
• Passwords
• Full payment-card information
• Copies of identity documents
• Full credit reports unless LibertyBridge provides an approved secure submission method

6. Consultation Scheduling

When you schedule a consultation:

• Appointment availability is based on LibertyBridge's actual calendar availability.
• Appointment times are not guaranteed until successfully booked.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
• You should review the date, time, and timezone shown in the booking confirmation.
• LibertyBridge may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary.

A consultation is informational and does not create a client relationship by itself.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from LibertyBridge Consulting LLC, you may receive messages related to:
